Prima Group has teamed up with The ASB App to improve how we deliver our ASB service and communicate with customers. The ASB App is a tool that allows customers to record, monitor and report Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) to Prima Group.

We have asked Ecogee, our contractor who currently provides repair and maintenance services to our properties in Liverpool and Sefton, to take over service provision on the Wirral from mid-September.

On Wednesday 19th October 2022, community groups and individuals from Leasowe will come together at an event where they will have the chance to secure funding to help create safer communities by reducing anti-social behaviour and protecting vulnerable people.

Last week, we held another Clean-Up Day in Anfield. We placed two skips in Parle Court, our 28-property over 55s scheme, and one skip at 16 Richmond Terrace, where we manage six properties just down the road.

Last month, we asked Bell Group if they would be willing to paint the outside of Dovecot Multi-Activity Centre as it was in need of a refresh. Bell Group kindly agreed to take the work on as part of their Social Value work.
