Prima Group Teams up With The ASB App

Prima Group has teamed up with The ASB App to improve how we deliver our ASB service and communicate with customers. The ASB App is a tool that allows customers to record, monitor and report Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) to Prima Group.

Using the app will allow us to tackle ASB cases more efficiently and with a greater level of accuracy. The documentation will help Prima Group and the police use enforcement techniques.

The app is easy to use, and it will allow you to record, monitor and report ASB using the following methods:

  • Photo

  • Video

  • Noise

  • Diary sheet

You can also have direct communication through the app with the officer dealing with your ASB case, and this officer can keep you updated regularly.

We will help you sign up for the app and get you started. All you need is either an iPhone or an android phone.

The Respect Line is a freephone telephone number for tenants reporting issues of ASB outside normal working hours. So, when Prima Group is closed (evenings/weekends), the Respect Line will provide the support you may need to speak to someone when ASB is happening or if you are experiencing problems in your community and need someone to talk.

The team can contact the Police and Environmental Health Team to provide advice and support to take a little pressure away that you are experiencing. The detail of your call will also be sent to Prima Group the next working day outlining everything that was reported on the phone so we can jump straight into the ‘dealing’ side of things from the off.
