Prima Commercial has 64 self-contained commercial properties in prime business locations across Wirral, Liverpool and Sefton. They are available to let as shops, offices or workshops, and would be ideal for a variety of trading businesses.

The properties are fitted out to a standard specification, allowing the incoming businesses to enhance or upgrade the property to best suit their needs.
Each property is available with a new lease and with flexible contract lengths of three years. They are let with an annual rent and service charge, which is collected monthly/quarterly, depending on the lease terms.
