We’ve lots of ways for you to get involved with us, built to fit around how much time you have available and your interests.

All our customers are different and they have a whole range of reasons why they want to get involved. For some, it’s because they are passionate about making a change in their local community, others want to find out more about Prima and influence how we work. There’s also those who don’t want to get too involved but are happy to give us their views and feedback and know just a bit more about how we work or are performing.

You can find out more about the different ways to get involved below:

Scrutiny Panel

The Scrutiny Panel carry out projects looking in detail into service areas and customers’ experience of how Prima Group works. Their role is to reality-check what Prima Group do, carrying out desk-top reviews, mystery shopping, shadowing and other ways of getting closer to see how services work in practice. They highlight where things could improve to make it a better customer experience.

Policy Consultants

Our Policy Consultants regularly review new or existing front-facing customer policies to ensure that they are relevant and meet the vision and aims of Prima Group. You will do this in person with other tenants and leaseholders, as an online form to give us your feedback, or as a virtual session online.

Prima Voices Feedback

It’s good to talk, and we’re here to listen! Not everyone wants to come to a meeting or join a group, so we have a range of other ways to engage customers who do not wish to be formally involved, allowing them to have their views heard.

Time Commitment | 1-15 Minutes

Local Tenant Groups

It starts at home. Working together, with and on behalf of your neighbours, we can support you in setting up Tenant and Resident Associations, local action groups and being a block or street representative, so issues in your area can be addressed.

Time Commitment | Dependant on Circumstances

Neighbourhood Walkabouts

Regular walkabouts give customers the opportunity to influence how communal areas are maintained and highlight wider issues other than just housing.

Customers are invited to attend with officers, contractors and sometimes with elected representatives.

Community Clean-Ups

Each year we carry out Neighbourhood Walkabouts to ask local residents how things are and what changes they‘d like to see in their area. We often follow these up with Clean-Up Days, where we hire skips and carry out litter picks.
