Let’s Hear Your Voice!

You are the expert on what it’s like to live in a Prima Group home. You know best about what we do well and where we could be doing better. By getting involved, you can help guide us on our mission to deliver the best customer experience we can.

Our new Customer Engagement Policy sets out the different ways you can influence how we work. It also details how you can get involved with your local community. You can choose which ways of getting involved are best for you; whether you can spare a few minutes, or you’d like to play a more active role - we want to hear from you. Please visit our How to Get Involved page to find out more.

Customer Voice Board

The newly formed Customer Voice Board is a key way for customers to get involved and make their voice heard. It has an important part to play in shaping how we work and checking we’re meeting certain standards. Customer Voice Board members are all Prima Group residents – just like you - meeting for two hours each month. They use this time to make sure Prima Group are:

  • Engaging with residents

  • Monitoring performance

  • Meeting service standards

  • Influencing decisions about how we deliver services to you

  • Commissioning projects to look at things in more detail

  • Reviewing complaints and resident satisfaction

Anita Leech

Anita Leech has been recruited to be our Special Advisor to our Customer Voice Board.

“It’s great to be involved and have real influence over the things that really matter most to you – such as repairs, investment in your homes, safe and clean community spaces, building safety and the quality of all services delivered.

My experience as a community activist and a former local Councillor of 10-years, means I have lots of knowledge on community engagement and in making sure everyone’s voices are heard and I’m really looking forward to working with residents to ensure this happens.”
