Switchee

Switchee is a simple, easy-to-use device that gives you greater control – so you can set your heating/hot water to suit your needs.

You can control your heating and hot water and set schedules to run via the touch screen or the free Switchee resident mobile app.

The Switchee smart thermostat can be a communication device between you and Prima Group. If you receive a message the screen will light up to prompt you and you can reply at the touch of a button.

Using Your Switchee Thermostat

The touch-screen display on your Switchee is made up of a central temperature display surrounded by a number of ‘tool’ buttons. Find out what they mean:

🔧 - Settings
Tap to access the settings menu.
🔥 - Central Temperature Display
Shows the room and target temperatures.
✉️ - Messages
Tap to access the messages sent to your Switchee.
❓ - Help Menu
Tap to access the different ways to contact our resident support if you have any questions or need some help.
➕ - Increase Temperature
Increase the target temperature in your home.
➖ - Decrease Temperature
Decrease the target temperature in your home.
🌡️ - Hot Water
Tap to turn your hot water on/off (if your Switchee controls your hot water).
