Scrutiny Panel
Tenants should have the opportunity to monitor their landlord’s performance and the services that they receive. Prima Group want to engage purposefully with their tenants by offering them the ability to identify areas for improvement and influence future service delivery through scrutiny. As a scrutiny panel member, you will work together with other tenants and leaseholders to look at the standard of services provided, and the customer experience in closer detail.

The purpose of tenant scrutiny is to improve overall performance, increase the standard of services being provided, and improve tenants' satisfaction.
The Scrutiny panel will support the Prima Customer Voice Board (CVB) by ensuring that any areas of performance or service delivery highlighted by CVB are scrutinised effectively. The panel can do this through various methods, such as undertaking closer inspections of a specific service area, looking in more detail at performance data, site visits, mystery shops, customer experience journeys and reviewing policy.
You will gain valuable skills and experience whilst in the role and will be fully supported by Prima Group staff.
