Stock Condition Surveys

At Prima Group, we’re committed to maintaining high standards across all of our homes. To do this, we need accurate and current information about the condition of our properties, which is why our stock condition surveys are so important.

Here’s why the survey matters and what you need to know:

  • Why it’s important: The survey helps us assess the condition of your home, including vital components like kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and roofs. This allows us to plan future maintenance and improvements to keep your home safe and in good condition.

  • What it involves: A physical inspection of your property, conducted by our trusted partner, RAND Associates, who will arrange an appointment with you.

  • When it’s happening: Surveys are taking place in the Wirral throughout 2024, with Liverpool homes being surveyed in 2025.

  • How to book: If you haven’t yet arranged an appointment and live in the Wirral, you can contact RAND Associates on freephone 0800 035 6347, quoting your full address and postcode.

  • Your participation matters: By allowing access to the survey, your home will be included in our future improvement plans. This means we can prioritise updates like kitchen replacements, new windows, or roof repairs when needed.

These surveys are crucial in ensuring we can continue to provide homes that are well-maintained, comfortable, and safe.
