Our New In-House Repairs Service

From 19th April, most of our repair orders will be issued to our new in-house service, Prima Home Repairs.

We are excited to introduce you to our skilled team of trade operatives. We have 13 multi-skilled trade technicians joining us, experienced in joinery, plastering, plumbing, and roofing. The team brings a wealth of experience to ensure your repair needs are handled with quality and care.

Behind the scenes, our operations are managed by two Responsive Repairs Coordinators. These individuals will plan and schedule all the repairs and maintenance work our customers report.

Our team will operate from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. We will also be able to attend certain out-of-hours calls, ensuring that your home remains safe and comfortable at all times.

We have been planning to get the team settled in quickly for a while, but we ask you to be patient with us while everyone gets used to the new ways of working. Over the next few weeks, we will have some extended target times for our routine and urgent repairs. Our emergency jobs will be completed in the normal timescale. Once everyone has settled in, we are certain that we will have an efficient repairs service in place, delivering quality repairs for all our customers.

As always, please make sure that whoever visits your house is meant to be there. Our staff members will always have ID with them. They will never turn up unannounced, they will drive a Prima Group-branded van, and they will wear branded clothing.
