In our latest Annual Report, we share the progress we've made in providing safe and affordable homes. This year, we launched our own repairs service, Prima Home Repairs, and continued to support tenants with financial and personal challenges. We also focused on improving tenant satisfaction, addressing anti-social behaviour, and preparing homes to meet future energy efficiency standards.
